Am I ready?

I'm gearing up for USA Club XC today I had a good workout. This was the workout, I hope I am ready...I havn't got the training in that I'd like. I just have to go out and run anyways...What do you think? Am I ready? 10 min warm up and stretch 1mile=5:30 10 min cool down and stretch Unfortunately I had to do the wourkout on the treamill @ 1% incline because of the icy roads.
